To amplify the scale and impact of Mahindra BAJA SAEINDIA, PR24x7 executed a strategic, multi-phase communication plan designed to spotlight student innovation and engineering excellence. The aim was to ensure strong event visibility, smooth media coordination, and impactful coverage across print, digital, and electronic platforms.
A structured three-slot communication plan—Announcement, Press Conference & Finale—helped maintain momentum. Each phase highlighted innovation, competition scale, and student engineering talent, ensuring powerful, sustained media visibility.

A second major press conference is held in January to inaugurate the event’s finale phase and build anticipation for the dynamic challenges.
The final event on the Last Sunday of January, where results are declared, the winner is announced, and the winning team is interviewed by the media.
